This Privacy Policy describes the data protection practices of Praventis Group LLC, trading as L'vae ("L'vae", "we", "our", or "us") when you:
- Visit any L'vae website that links to this Privacy Policy (our "Websites");
- Use any affiliated mobile applications that link to or contain this Privacy Policy (the "Apps"); or
- Otherwise interact with us or provide data to us in connection with our online services.
We refer to the Websites, Apps, and related online services together in this Privacy Policy as the "Services."
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use. Any capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

The Information We Collect and the Sources of Such Information
We obtain information about you through the methods described below when you use the Services. Some of this information is necessary for us and our partners (including our affiliated clinical provider and our licensed pharmacy partner) to provide you with care and related services. If you choose not to provide certain information, or ask us to delete it, you may not be able to use some or all features of the Services.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including when you:
- Register or create an account
- Submit an online consultation or medical questionnaire
- Request treatment, refills, or follow-up care
- Place an order through the Services
- Communicate with us or our support team via forms, chat, SMS, email, or phone
- Participate in surveys, research, promotions, or feedback requests
- Upload documents, images, or other content through the Services
The information you provide may include:
- Identifiers and basic details - such as your name, date of birth, mailing address, billing address, email address, and phone number.
- Account details - such as your username, password, and account preferences.
- Billing and payment information - such as your shipping address and partial payment card details (full card numbers are collected and processed by our payment processors, not by us directly).
- Commercial information - such as details about products or services you have purchased, subscribed to, or considered; order history; and related transaction details.
- Demographic information - such as your gender, age range, and similar information when you choose to provide it.
- General location information - such as your city, state, or ZIP code when you provide an address or use the Services.
- Information about others - such as emergency contacts or if you ask us to share records with another healthcare provider.
- User-generated content - such as reviews, testimonials, survey responses, or other content you submit for display or feedback purposes.
Sensitive Personal Information
In the course of providing telehealth and related services, we may collect Sensitive Personal Information, including:
- Health information - such as your symptoms, medical and treatment history, current medications, allergies, lifestyle details, mental health disclosures, substance use, relevant physical characteristics (e.g., height, weight), lab results, images or photographs you upload, and other clinical information you provide.
- Insurance information (if you choose to provide it), even though our services are cash-pay only.
- Login credentials - username and password, where applicable.
- Identity verification data - such as images of your ID, date of birth, and any other information required to verify your identity or eligibility.
- Sensitive demographic information - such as race or ethnicity, if you choose to provide it and where permitted by law.
- Communications content - such as the content of messages you send to us or through the Services, including secure messages with our support team.
Some of this information may also be considered "protected health information" ("PHI") under US health privacy laws when it is handled by our affiliated clinical provider or our licensed pharmacy partner. In those contexts, their Notice of Privacy Practices and HIPAA obligations apply. Where L'vae acts as a business associate or service provider to those entities, we process PHI only as permitted by law and by our agreements with those entities.
Information We Collect Through Automated Means
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Services ("Usage Information"), such as:
- IP address
- Device identifiers (e.g., mobile ID, advertising ID)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system and platform
- Language settings
- Referring and exit pages
- Pages viewed and links clicked
- Date and time of your visit
- Time spent on pages and navigation paths
- Error logs and diagnostic information
We may also infer general location (e.g., city, state, or ZIP code) from your IP address to help us comply with state regulations and present relevant content.

If you interact with us on social media platforms (for example, by "liking", "following", commenting or messaging us), we may collect information such as your:

- Our affiliated clinical provider - such as clinical notes or visit status, to help coordinate your care or manage subscriptions.
- Our licensed pharmacy partner - such as dispensing status, shipment confirmation, or medication history relevant to our Services.
- Laboratory partners - such as test results and associated data.
- Analytics, marketing, and advertising partners - such as inferred interests, engagement data, or audience segment information.
We combine this information with other data we collect to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Purposes for How We Use Your Information
We and our service providers may use your information for the following business purposes:
Provide and Manage the Services
- Operate, maintain, and support the Services
- Facilitate telehealth consultations and coordinate with our affiliated clinical provider
- Transmit prescriptions to our licensed pharmacy partner
- Arrange diagnostic testing and manage results
- Process orders, subscriptions, and payments
- Manage your account and preferences
- Communicate with you about your care, orders, and use of the Services
- Verify your identity, age, or eligibility where required
Analyse, Improve, and Develop Services
- Monitor and analyse usage trends and performance

- Improve clinical questionnaires, user flows, and overall experience
- Test and implement new features or services
- Generate aggregated or de-identified statistics and insights
Advertising and Marketing (Where Permitted by Law)
- Send you emails, SMS, or in-app messages about products, services, promotions, or content that may interest you (in accordance with your preferences and applicable laws)
- Tailor and deliver advertising on our Services and on third-party platforms (for example, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and similar networks)
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content
You can opt out of certain marketing communications and some targeted advertising as described in "Your Rights and Choices" below.
Legal, Compliance, and Security
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and reporting obligations
- Respond to lawful requests, subpoenas, or legal processes
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of L'vae, our users, our partners, and the public

Combined and Aggregated Information
We may combine information from different sources and use or disclose it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may also create aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you and use or disclose that data for any lawful purpose.

We use analytics providers (such as Google Analytics and similar tools) to help us understand how users interact with the Services. These tools may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect and analyse data such as:
- Pages visited and actions taken

Online Advertising and Cross-Context Targeting
We may work with advertising networks, social platforms, and other partners (for example, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and similar services) that use cookies, pixels, and related technologies to deliver more relevant ads to you on our Services and elsewhere online.
These ads may be based on factors such as:
- The content you view on our Services
- Your interactions with our emails or ads
- General location, device type, or inferred interests
- Information we obtain from our advertising partners
We may also share hashed or pseudonymised identifiers (such as an email address in hashed form) with select partners to help match our promotions to appropriate audiences.

How We Disclose Your Information
We may disclose your information for one or more of the business purposes described below:
Within Our Group
We may share information within Praventis Group LLC and any affiliated entities for operations, compliance, and service-improvement purposes.
Health Care Providers and Services
We share information with:
- Our affiliated clinical provider - to schedule and conduct telehealth visits, assess your suitability for treatment, manage refills, and coordinate care.
- Our licensed pharmacy partner - to fulfil prescriptions, manage refills, handle dispensing logistics, and resolve medication-related queries.
- Laboratories and diagnostic partners - to order tests, receive results, and display them through the Services where appropriate.
These entities are responsible for their own privacy and security practices and may provide additional notices (for example, a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices).
Service Providers
We engage third-party vendors to perform services on our behalf, such as:
- Hosting and cloud infrastructure
- Payment processing
- Email, SMS, and push notification services
- Analytics, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
- Security, fraud prevention, and identity verification
- Marketing and advertising support
- Professional advisors (such as legal, regulatory, and accounting firms)
These service providers are authorised to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are bound by contractual obligations to protect it.
Advertising and Marketing Partners

We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request. This may require matching information you provide with information we already hold about you. If you are an authorised agent making a request on behalf of someone else, we may require proof of your authority and additional verification.
Some information may be exempt from these requests under applicable law. For example, we may retain certain records to:
- Complete transactions you requested
- Comply with our legal obligations
- Maintain clinical or pharmacy records for required periods
- Defend against legal claims
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights, though we may not be able to provide some Services without certain information.
Opting Out of Targeted Advertising and 'Sale' of Information
To the extent our use of cookies or advertising technologies is considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable US state laws, you may opt out by:
- Emailing us at optout@lihv.com with "Opt-out of Targeted Advertising" in the subject line; and
- Adjusting your cookie settings using your browser or device controls and any available on-site cookie banner.
We also endeavour to honour legally recognised browser-based preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by law.
Even if you opt out, you may still see ads online, but they may be less tailored.
Marketing Preferences
You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in those emails or by emailing optout@lihv.com.
You may opt out of SMS marketing by replying STOP to our message or contacting us at optout@lihv.com. We may still send you transactional or service-related communications (for example, about your orders, prescriptions, or account).
Third-Party Services and Health Information
This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
- Independent physicians or clinicians using their own platforms
- Our affiliated clinical provider's own websites or portals
- Our licensed pharmacy partner's own websites or portals
- Third-party websites, apps, or services that may link to or from our Services
Each of these has its own privacy policy and/or Notice of Privacy Practices. We are not responsible for their content or practices. We encourage you to review those documents before providing information to them.
Where information qualifies as protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA in the hands of our affiliated clinical provider or licensed pharmacy partner, their HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices will apply.
How We Protect Your Information
We use a combination of technical, organisational, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against accidental or unlawful loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorised access, or disclosure. These measures may include:
- Encryption in transit and at rest (where appropriate)
- Access controls and role-based permissions
- Secure hosting environments
- Regular security monitoring and testing
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use the Services and transmit information at your own risk. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and not sharing your password with others.
Privacy Information for California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").
This section provides supplemental information about:
- The categories of personal information and sensitive personal information we collect
- The purposes for which we use each category
- The categories of third parties to whom we disclose such information for a business purpose

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 16 years of age.
Privacy Information for Texas Residents
If you reside in Texas, you may have additional protections under state law. Where applicable, we will:
- Provide additional disclosures required under Texas health and consumer privacy laws
- Obtain consent where required for certain uses or disclosures
- Comply with state-specific breach notification and data security obligations

Privacy Information for Nevada Residents
Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the "sale" of "personally identifiable information" for monetary consideration.
We do not currently sell personal information in this sense. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide methods to exercise your rights. You may submit an opt-out request or question under Nevada law by emailing customercare@lihv.com with "Nevada Privacy Request" in the subject line.
Retention of Your Information
We keep your information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- Provide and maintain the Services
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate business and financial records
- Support or defend legal claims
Clinical and pharmacy records may be retained for longer periods as required by federal and state law and by professional guidelines.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymise, or otherwise handle it in accordance with our data retention and destruction policies.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible.

Revisions to Our Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:

When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, where required by law, provide additional notice (for example, via email or an on-site banner).
