User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

L'vae - A Praventis Group LLC Company
L'vae may request, collect, or share testimonials, reviews, photos, videos, or social media content ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC") voluntarily submitted or tagged by users.
This Policy explains how we collect, use, verify, and manage UGC in a compliant, respectful, and privacy-conscious manner.
What Counts as User-Generated Content (UGC)
UGC includes any content that you voluntarily submit or publicly share relating to L'vae, including:
- Product or treatment reviews
- Written testimonials
- Photos or videos
- Social media posts using L'vae tags or hashtags
- Comments submitted through surveys or feedback tools
UGC must be authentic, truthful, and reflect a real experience.
How You Grant Permission to Use UGC
By submitting or tagging content relating to L'vae, you grant Praventis Group LLC and the L'vae brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:
- Use
- Share
- Repost
- Publish
- Display
- Edit for length or formatting
This may include use in:
- Website content
- Social media
- Marketing materials
- Emails
- Digital or print content
You retain full ownership of your content.
We will never alter content in a misleading way or misrepresent your experience.
Medical & Regulatory Requirements
Because we operate in telehealth, UGC must comply with:
- FTC advertising standards
- FDA medical product & health claims guidelines
- State telehealth marketing rules
- HIPAA obligations (when applicable)
Therefore:
We CANNOT publish:
- Claims that specific medications "cured," "treated," or "diagnosed" a condition
- Statements that suggest guaranteed outcomes
- Dramatic before/after medical claims without written clinical approval
- Any reference to controlled substances (not applicable here but required by policy)
- Content that conflicts with clinical evidence or safe-use guidelines
We CAN publish:
- Personal experience stories ("This worked well for me")
- General wellbeing comments
- Non-specific treatment improvements
- UGC approved by our clinical governance process
Sensitive Information Protection
We will never publish:
- Identifiable medical information
- Photos of prescription labels
- Private health details (unless explicitly approved)
- Anything revealing diagnosis, conditions, or health history
- Anything that could violate HIPAA or state privacy law
If UGC contains personal health information, we will request explicit written consent before use.
Verification Before Publication
To comply with healthcare advertising laws, we reserve the right to:
- Request proof that the content reflects a genuine experience
- Request clarification or additional info
- Decline UGC that is misleading, unsafe, or unverifiable
- Edit for grammar, clarity, or length (without changing meaning)
If we cannot verify the content or it appears inconsistent with safe use, we will not publish it.
Removal Requests
You may withdraw permission at any time.
Email customercare@lihv.com with the subject line "UGC Removal Request."
We will remove the content wherever commercially and technically feasible, including:
- Website
- Social media
- Future email campaigns
- Paid advertising
- Internal assets
Content already published in printed material, or re-shared by third parties, may not be fully removable.
Prohibited Content
We do not allow UGC that includes:
- Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language
- Hate speech or harassment
- Pornographic or explicit content
- Illegal activity
- References to self-harm or medical emergencies (these must be handled clinically)
- Misleading medical claims
- Content promoting competitors
- Spam, fake reviews, or incentivized claims
Any such content will be removed and may result in account restrictions.
No Compensation Unless Disclosed
UGC must be voluntary unless otherwise stated.
If L'vae ever provides incentives such as discounts, gift cards, or early-access offers this will be:
- Fully disclosed
- FTC-compliant
- Optional
We do not offer compensation for clinical outcomes.
