We operate the website located at www.lvae.com (the "Site") through which you can access telehealth services delivered by our affiliated clinical provider, and pharmacy fulfillment delivered by our licensed pharmacy partner.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Description of Services
Through the Site, you may:
- Complete an online intake or health questionnaire
- Have your information reviewed by our affiliated clinical provider, who operates independently
- Participate in telehealth consultations
- Receive a prescription if medically appropriate (no controlled substances)
- Have prescriptions dispensed and shipped by our licensed pharmacy partner
- Access ongoing subscription based care (if offered)
Important Clarification
We do not provide medical services, diagnosis, or treatment.
All clinical decisions are made solely by our affiliated clinical provider, who maintains full responsibility for your care.
Eligibility
You must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Physically located in a US state where we operate
- Be able to provide accurate personal and medical information
- Use the service for your own care
- Agree to these Terms
Telehealth Acknowledgements
By using our services, you understand that telehealth:
- Involves electronic transmission of medical information
- May limit a provider's ability to conduct a physical exam
- May result in recommendations for in-person care
- Cannot be used for medical emergencies
If you experience an emergency, call 911 immediately.
You will be required to agree to our full Telehealth Consent.
No Controlled Substances
Our platform does not prescribe, ship, or facilitate any controlled substances.
Any request for such medication should be directed to an in-person healthcare provider.
Cash-Pay Only / No Insurance
You acknowledge:
- We do not accept insurance
- You must pay for all services and products out of pocket
- You will not seek reimbursement from any government or commercial payer
- We are not an enrolled Medicare or Medicaid provider
User Accounts
You agree to:
- Maintain accurate information
- Keep login credentials secure
- Not share your account
- Notify us of any unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
Prescription Process
A prescription may be issued only if your provider determines it is safe and clinically appropriate.
You acknowledge that:
- Clinical approval is not guaranteed
- Providers may request additional information
- Providers may decline treatment
- Treatment plans may change over time
If a prescription is issued, it will be sent to our licensed pharmacy partner.
Subscription Services
If you enroll in a subscription program:
- Your payment method will be charged automatically
- You may cancel anytime prior to the next billing cycle
- Continued prescriptions require ongoing provider approval

Payment Terms
By purchasing through our Site, you authorize:
- Charges to your selected payment method
- Automatic renewal of subscriptions
- Pre-charges pending clinical review
- Refunds only per our Refund & Returns Policy

Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Provide false health information
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Scrape or misuse website content
- Interfere with the Site
- Use services to obtain medication for others
- Violate any applicable law
Intellectual Property

We make no guarantees regarding:

Limitation of Liability
